The series premiered in 1939. Stopped in 1949 after 91 issues, but continued as Marvel Tales from 1949 to 1957 (additional 67 issues).

Marvel ran this series featuring diverse superheroes. Some of the recurring characters are Sub-mariner, The Angel, and The Human Torch.
