MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1990. Stopped in 1991 after 7 issues, but has been revived briefly several times since then.

The series tells of a dysfunctional family living in Chigaco, Illinois. The family members are breadwinner Al Bundy and his lazy housewife Peggy, and their children airhead Kelly and girl-crazy Bud. Most of the time Al tries to hold the family together on all levels, but he is met with little to none acknowledgement and understanding.

The series is a spinoff from a TV sitcom that ran from 1987 to 1997 (259 episodes).
