MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1963.

Disney created two major funny animal universes of great significance - the duck universe and the mouse universe. They both appear in several types of media.
The plump and, at times, rather goofy witch, Madam Mim, is seen in both worlds and she is living in the great woods. When she is not working solo, she seems to have a preference for teaming up with The Beagle Boys. Also, Mim is occasionally fraternizing with Magica de Spell and The Phantom Blot, but she comes across as being much more amiable, and she is rarely downright sinister.

The stories were/are written by an overwhelming number of artists. Examples: Carl Robert Fallberg (1915-1996), Bob Bartholomew (1917-?), Victor 'Vic' Lockman (1927-), Jim Kenner (ca.1920-), Ivan Saidenberg (1940-2009), Arthur Faria (1958-), Carlos Alberto Paes de Oliveira (?-).
