Personal dates: Founded in Germany in 1988 by Jürgen Janetzki (1943-2009). Stopped in 2000 but continued from 2006 as Splitter GmbH & Co. by Horst Gotta, Delia Wüllner-Schulz, and Dirk Schulz. Ongoing.

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2007. Stopped in 2014 after 6 issues.

The legend story tells of a young, native girl of the American Paumanok tribe, who is friend with the animals of the forests, which, with the additional help of praying and magic, enables her to go up against hostile tribes.

In reality, Paumanok is an Indian name meaning Land of Tribute covering the area later known as Long Island.
