The series premiered in 2011. Ongoing.

This Manga series tells the story of the fictitious rock band Crude Play. Some of the many occurring characters are the male music producer Aki Ogasawara and the female high school student Riko Koeda with the gifted voice.

The initial Japanese series is titled Kanojo wa Uso o Aishisugiteru AKA The Liar and his Lover in English.
