MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1951. Stopped in 1953 after 6 issues.

The title character is a Navajo Indian boy, whom we follow in his daily life with his tribe and his friends. Usually, he is accompanied by his girlfriend Po-Ko and his horse Calico.

Initially, the main character was a sidekick in the newspaper strip titled Red Ryder.
