MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1952*. Stopped in 1957 after 29 issues, but the series unleashed three spinoffs under the titles Playful Little Audrey from 1956 to 1976 (121 issues), Little Audrey TV Funtime from 1962 to 1971 (33 issues), and Little Audrey and Melvin from 1962 to 1973 (61 issues).

Audrey Smith is a typical American girl in a typical American suburban neighbourhood. She is a bright and determined girl who usually gets into dilemmas that are caused by herself, but she has an ability to steer out of them unharmed.

* The first series was published from 1948 to 1952 (24 issues). The character as such is based on an animated cartoon series that ran from 1947 to 1958.
