: Charlton published stories from all genres of the comic book universe. The company was known for its low-budget activities that included the publishing of previously unpublished material from bygone companies.

 

 

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1955. Stopped in 1965 after 48 issues.

The starring character is Ollie Orwell better known as Li'l Genius. He is a bratty but quite ingenious kid, who often happens to antagonize his family and neighbours, but he is always forgiven in the end. Ollie's sister stars in her own series titled Li'l Tomboy and they both star together in Li'l Rascal Twins.

Initially, Orwell premiered as the starring character in a shortlived series titled Super Brat (1954), in which he performed in a magic cape.
