MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1952. Stopped in 1954.

The wolf family, consisting of Li'l Bad Wolf and his father Big Bad Wolf (first name Zeke), live in a Disney world of their own, where the woods are their normal habitat, but they also get occasional visits from both of Disney's main worlds, the duck and the mouse universes.
Despite his call name the young wolf is very righteous and sensitive, and his best friends are the brothers Practical Pig, Fifer Pig, and Fiddler Pig (known as The Three Little Pigs). They, in turn, are eternally chased by Zeke, whose biggest wish is to eat them. But his schemes are always stopped by his son or by Brer Bear, a recurring character.

The stories were/are written by an overwhelming number of artists. Examples: Carl von Buettner (1905-1965), Jim Kenner (ca.1920-), Joel Katz (1945-), Jan Kruse (1946-), Ruud Straatman (1948-), Paul Halas (1949-).

The full title of the series is The Li'l Bad Wolf.
