The series premiered in 2010. Ongoing.

When the Japanese government passes a law that restricts the use of public libraries a group of young protesters form a paramilitary counterforce to ensure the people's right to read books of their choice. Some of the recurring characters are Atsushi Dojo, Ryusuke Genda, Iku Kasahara, Mikihisa Komaki, Asako Shibasaki, and Hikaru Tezuka.

The full title of the series is Library War Love & War.
