The series describes the work of a private
investigator roaming in the American film mecca of Hollywood
during the 1930s. Hippolyte Finn is an easy-going blond man with
a boyish look, but he is never reluctant to take on any cases
especially if they involve potential glamourous events in the
film industry.
The title Le Privé d'Hollywood means
Hollywood's Private Eye in English.
