MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1981*. Stopped in 2012 after 28 issues.

The title character in the humourous stories is Arthur Delfouille nicknamed Tutur, who is a large patrolling police officer with an unfortunate knack for making blunders. Among the many recurring characters are Delfouille's extremely ill-tempered chief Raoul Lebrun, and an old suicidal man whose self-destructive plans are always foiled.
