MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2004. Stopped in 2010 after 28 issues.

The stories primarily tell about 5 out of 88 warriors called Saints, who are fighting in armours that depict their individual Zodiac constellations. They are Hyōga Saint of Cygnus, Ikki Saint of Phoenix, Seiya Saint of Pegasus, Shiryū Saint of Dragon, and Shun Saint of Andromeda. Their mission is to defend the reincarnation of the mythological Greek goddess Athena against other Olympian gods, who seek to dominate Earth.

The full English title is Saint Seiya Knights of the Zodiac.
