The series premiered in 1981. The series takes place in a fictional
science fiction universe named Jodoverse. John Difool (also
spelled DiFool and Diffool) is a, sometimes cowardly,
private detective who one day is handed the Light Incal,
which is a crystal of enormous powers, and, consequently,
he is soon chased by numerous factions. The series' real name is L'Incal, but only the character of John Difool is always credited on the front covers of the albums. |
