MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1954. Stopped in 1955 after 20 issues.

The main character is the young German Jörg, who tries to find his abducted mother in the middle of the 1630s during the European 30 Years' War. These events lead to the start of Jörg's military career. Some of the time he is accompanied by his female friend Lena.

The overall storyline attempts to convey a historically correct experience.
