MAIN STORY

The series premiered and stopped in 1976. Stopped in 1982.

The starring character is a messy, tired looking housewife and mother with a preference for presenting herself in her underwear. She is certainly not a glamourous superstar (which is also underligned by Reiser's deliberately sketchy and unappealing art), but she has the ability to touch the reader during her dismal and depressive life.
