MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1954. Stopped in 1962 after 33 issues, but has been revived several times since then.

The title character, Lucy Ricardo, is a housewife who is the central character in her family and in her neighbourhood. She is a mixture of a silly airhead and a shrewd redhead, and there is never a dull moment in her life.

The series is a spinoff from a TV series that ran from 1951 to 1957. From then it ran for 3 more consequtive years under different titles.

The full title of the series is I Love Lucy Comics.
