Name: Eastern Color Printing (American comics corporation).
Personal dates: Founded in 1928 by William B. Pape (1899-1974).  Stopped in 2002.

Comments: The corporation published comic books from 1933 to 1955. From then on it printed comic books for other companies. The corporation never used a logo on their comic book front covers.

 

 

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1943*. Stopped in 1946 after 23 issues, but continued titled New Heroic Comics from 1946 to 1955 (additional 59 issues).

The series consists of numerous, independent stories featuring diverse heroic persons and their feat.

* Continuation of Reg'lar Fellers Heroic Comics that ran from 1940 to 1942 (15 issues) thus the series on this page starts the numbering at #16.
