MAIN STORY
The series premiered in 1964*. Stopped in 1967 after 23 issues.

The starring character is the young and thoroughly phlegmatic Herbie Popnecker, who is also a short and fat antihero with some very surprising abilities such as these examples show: He has hypnotic eyes that can defeat opponents by staring them down, he can talk to animals and use their abilities, he can make himself invisible as well as indestructible, and he has an arsenal of different magical lollipops that he uses to defeat opponents by 'bopping' them.
