The series was invented in 1932 for sporadic publication and it premiered on a regular basis in 1934. Stopped in 2005.

This is a pantomime strip featuring a potbellied and bald-headed boy obviously named Henry. He strolls silently through his universe without a care in the world, while he is watching, helping or punishing people according to the requirements of the situations.
