MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1947. Stopped in 1948 after 31 issues.

The series contains action stories and funny animal stories featuring well known characters.

This giveaway series was financed by the oil producer Hancock Oil Co. (started by George Allan Hancock), that had the same stories reprinted from another manufacturer's series titled Omar Giveaway.

The full title of the series is Hancock Super-book of Comics.
