MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1945. Stopped in 1948 after 19 issues, but has been revived twice since then.

The starring character is a typical American teenager living in a suburban area. He has a girlfriend named Judy, who occupies most of his time.

The full title of the first 6 issues was 'Georgie' Comics thus emphasizing that Georgie is only the character's nickname.
