MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2004*. Stopped in 2005 after 6 issues.

The main character is John Sinclair, a detective chief inspector based at England's Scotland Yard, from where he solves crimes with supernatural and parapsychical overtones. Besides a Beretta handgun loaded with silver bullets he carries a special silver cross that is able to take out demons. He is usually referred to as a ghost hunter (Geisterjäger in German).
The story concept is loosely based on a German pulp magazine series that began in 1973 and is still ongoing (more than 1,500 issues).

* The series as such was first published short-lived from 1998 in another series, but received its own series from 1999 to 2003 (3 issues).
