MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2007. Stopped in 2011 after 16 issues.

The young schoolgirl Mikan Sakura is admitted to a very special Japanese elite academy (Gakuen in Japanese), in which all students are required to harbour a unique skill called an Alice. For instance, the skills can be of magical or supernatural nature. The stories follow Sakura and her many friends for several years as they develop their special skills.

The series is also known as Alice Academy or Alice School in English.
