MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2009. Stopped in 2011 after 10 issues.

The main character is the 14-year old student Yukiteru 'Yuki' Amano, a quiet and slightly unsocial boy, who spends much time writing about his daily observations in his cell phone diary.
One day he discovers that his involvement in a special futuristic Diary Game has become reality, when he is contacted by the god-like being Deus, who selects Amano to be one of 13 contestants performing a battle royale, in which they must kill each other until the only survivor winds up being the winner and crowned The New God of the Universe.
