MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2005. Stopped in 2006 after 7 issues.

The 12-year old girl Mitsuki Kouyama dreams of becoming a singer, but then she gets afflicted with throat cancer, that can only be cured by losing her vocal cords. If she is not having the surgery, she will only have one more year to live. Two spirits of death, Takuto and Meroko, offer to help her by turning her into a 16-year old famous singing star under the stage name Full Moon for one year, but then she has to follow them to their realm of death.

The full title of the series is Full Moon O Sagashite (Searching for a full moon).
