MAIN STORY
The series premiered in 1955*. Stopped in 1957 after 19 issues.

The starring character started out as a silly teen with a keen interest in men and luxury articles, but now she is much more responsible and surrounded by several other characters such as her niece Nancy (Nancy and Sluggo), Sluggo Smith, and Phil Fumble.

* The character was first published as a newspaper comic strip in 1922. Since then she has starred in several comic book series, thus the series on this page starts the numbering at #37.
