Francesca Victoria, known as Franka, started as a secretary in the local crime museum in the fictive town of Groterdam, but soon she was involved in solving adventurous mysteries in other parts of the world. To that end she established her own detective bureau called Franka Research and she moved to Amsterdam. Franka is a sexy young woman, who may appeal especially to men, and the creator has 'obliged' by often showing her with very little clothing.
