The series premiered in 1984. Stopped in 1989 after 21 issues.

The series contains independent anthologies featuring stories from diverse genres. Examples are American Flagg!, Beowulf, Lone Wolf and Cub, Nexus, Oz, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

The series never received an official title but the one used on this page was present on some of its front covers. Furthermore, the issues were not numbered thus the selected Gallery examples are identified by their year of publishing.
