MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1969. Stopped in 1985 after 732 issues.

The stories are loosely based on the fictional famous French criminal known as Fantomas. He is remindful of the contemporary French gentleman thief Arsène Lupin, but he is considerably more ruthless and hardcore.
