MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2005. Stopped in 2009 after 18 issues.

This is a humourous series containing several independent stories mainly featuring scientist Senbei Norimaki AKA Dr. Slump, who lives in Penguin Village. His finest invention is a lifelike robot known as Arale, who is also the starring character in the stories. It is a lively girl with superpowers and an adventurous mind, and she gets her energy via a fuel called Robovita A, which she drinks from a babybottle. If she runs out, she switches off.
