The series premiered in
1946. Stopped in 1962.
For decades Disney has made
numerous feature films with actors. Several of
the films were adapted for comic books in the
Four Color series (see under Gallery).
The front covers and the stories
were drawn by multiple staff artists. Examples
are Frank Thorne, Alex Toth, and John Ushler.
