Name: Egmont Group (worldwide comics corporation).
Personal dates: Founded in Denmark in 1878 by Egmont Harald Petersen (1860-1914) and has since then changed name several times (the most well known older name is probably Gutenberghus). Ongoing.

Comments: The corporation has always focussed on childrens' literature. It has branches all over the world, but the pages in this site are all examples from the Danish main  branch.

 

 

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1993. Stopped in 1994 after 8 issues.

This is a science fantasy series chronicling the lives of a number of so-called Meta Barons, who were mutilated early in life and now function as warrior cyborgs with an artificial limb. For their protection and in battle they have access to an array of weapons. Some of the barons are Aghnar, Aghora, Eisenhaupt, Honorata, Oda, and Othon.
