MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1950. Stopped the same year after 13 issues.

The stories take place in Europe sometime during the end of the 18th century.

The full title of the series is Aventuras de Diego Corrientes and refers to the historical Andalusian Diego Corrientes Mateos (1757-1781), who was known as El Bandido Generoso (a Robin Hood figure). The stories are loose and romanticized renderings of his life.
