MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1990. Stopped in 1995 after 18 issues*.

This strip format series is basically an adaptation of French author Alexandre Dumas' famous novel Le Comte de Monte-Cristo that was in Germany titled Der Graf von Monte Cristo (notice that the comic book series' title is misspelled in two places compared to the original).

* The series was planned to emerge in 24 issues.
