MAIN STORY

The series was published in several similar editions (6 issues) from 1971 to 1979*.

The stories - intended for 6 to 12 year old children - feature diverse sports events performed by youngsters, of which the boy Dedinho is the most often recurring.

* The series was made as a comic booklet about practicing sports for the Brazilian Departamento de Educação Física e Desportos (Department of Physical Education and Sports in English) also known under the diminutive DED, hence the nickname Dedinho.
