MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2005. Stopped in 2007 after 12 issues.

The series' title refers to a supernatural notebook found by high school student Light Yagami AKA Kira. The book grants the user the ability to kill anyone he chooses, and the teen sees the opportunity of cleaning out evil in the world.
