MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1954. Stopped in 1959 after 22 issues.

The series stars the singing cowgirl Dale Evans (Frances Octavia Smith 1912-2001), who was married to famed Roy Rogers. The full title of the series is Queen of the West Dale Evans.

The series is a spinoff from a TV series (1951-1957) as well as several films.
