Personal dates: Founded in 1934 by Malcolm Wheeler-Nicholson (1890-1968) as National Allied Publications, but the name changed in 1937 to Detective Comics (later shortened to DC). Stopped in 2011.

The series premiered in 1988. Stopped in 1989 after 15 issues.

COPS is an abbreviation for Central Organization of Police Specialists, and the unit consists of a team of the best law enforcers, who have the best equipment at their disposal in their continuous fight against crime.
