MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2006. Stopped in 2013 after 23 issues.

In this fantasy series the world is ruled by monsters called Yomas, who prey on humans. A group of humanlike creatures called Claymores (named after their slashing swords) take up the resistence by beginning to kill the Yomas. The weakest of the initial 47 Claymores is Clare nicknamed The Silver-eyed Killer, but she is smart and has extraordinary senses that helps her along.
