Classics Illustrated Junior is
a comic book series for children featuring
graphic adaptations of numerous, classic fairy
tales. Most of the stories originally came from
old folktales and their authors are consequently
unknown. The series was drawn by many artists:
Alex Blum, Stan Campbell, L.B. Cole, John
Constanza, Graham Ingels, and Rune Andréasson
are examples.
* The series actually started with #501
rendering the impression that it had been around
