The series premiered in 1940. Stopped in 1943 after 15 issues.

The series contains independent stories featuring lesser known characters primarily from the worlds of superheroes. Examples are Dr. Miracle, Human Meteor, Jungleman, Liberty Lads, The Champ, and Twinkle Twins.
