The series premiered and stopped in 1979.

The series takes place among the Mayans at the time of the fall of the Roman empire. The young Indian Champakou is training to be a priest and an astrologer, but he then becomes entangled with a parasitic woman, who comes from space. After having been under the alien's spell, Champakou is able to return safely to his daily life.
