MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1990. Stopped in 1991 after 18 issues.

The title characters are the former police officer Jerry O'Neill (Cat) and the reformed thief Mandy Paige (Mouse), who have been framed on a murder charge by New Orleans' mafia. Costumed as superheroes they now attempt to rid the city of its villainous types.
