MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2009. Stopped in 2010 after 8 issues.

The characters in this series are humanized cars. The dominating character is Lightning McQueen, that is a hot-shot rookie race car wanting to compete in the World Grand Prix race. Training for this event the car rockets up and down the American highways, where it gets entangled in diverse adventures.

The series is based on an animated feature film by the same title from 2006.
