MAIN STORY
The series premiered in 1968. Stopped in 2000.

This is a series starring talking animals lead by a humanlike character named Boner. He is captain on a boat that stays on the sea. The title is remindful of the biblical ark which had the same basic characteristics.
From the start Walker took dozens of different animals onboard the ark, but the readers did not like the extended gallery that was then soon cut down to a more manageable number.
