MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1889. Stopped in 2013 after 125 issues.

This is a yearly satire magazine published around Christmas dealing with all sorts of contemporary political and social issues.

The series' title can be translated into The Octopus in English meaning that the magazine has its tentacles everywhere in the Danish society.
