MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1962. Stopped in 1964 after 10 issues.

This medical drama series stars a young surgeon, Ben Casey, who is working at the fictional County General Hospital. Some of his time goes with battling the medical establishment and issues of malpractice.

The series is a spinoff from a TV series that ran from 1961 to 1966 (153 episodes).
