Comments: * The corporation was bought by Acclaim Entertainment in 1994 that stopped in 2004. Valiant then continued the corporation from 2008. Different logos were used during the periods; the one shown to the left derives from the initial run.

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1992. Stopped in 1994 after 27 issues, but was revived in 2012 (ongoing).

After having fled from his preacher parents, who are serial killers, the young Obadiah 'Obie' Archer spends several years in a Tibetan Buddhist monastery where he learns diverse skills such as marksman archery. In search for justice he teams up with a brawling-proned superbeing from ancient times named Aram Anni-Padda but called Armstrong. Apart from being immortal he has incredible strength and fighting skills.
The series is visited by several well known characters from real life and fiction. Examples are King Richard Lionheart, King Louis XIV, Errol Flynn, Turok, and musketeer d'Artagnan.
