The series premiered in 1983. Stopped in 1988 after 50 issues.

The series takes place in 2032 when the, especially political, Earth is in a state of turmoil. In order to reinstate normal conditions the American government along with other nations have formed an enforcing team called the Plexus Rangers. One of it's leading members is Reuben Flagg.
